 All Are Welcome

Our mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ with our neighbors through grace-filled hospitality and Spirit-led service, supported by prayer and study.

We are a moderate United Methodist congregation that is welcoming of all persons and is committed to sharing Christ's love with all people, beginning with the Whitehall Community.

We share Christ's love with the Whitehall community and beyond through a number of efforts, including:

  • Monthly community dinners, free produce markets, and flu clinics

  • Welcoming the Hispanic/Latino community through English as a Second Language classes and other partnerships

  • Integration of returning citizens into an All in Community

  • Providing supplies and a warm welcome to homeless men and women

  • Back-to-school fairs, youth groups, Vacation Bible School, and free lunches during Spring school breaks

Rev. Allyssa Graves grew up on the southeast side of Columbus before attending Ohio Northern University for a Bachelor of Art in Youth Ministry. She received her Master’s of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. A Provisional Elder in the United Methodist Church, Allyssa is passionate about people, justice, and God’s grace. Allyssa and her husband, Joe, started Central City Church, a new United Methodist Church, in 2017 in Grandview Heights. Shortly after launching the new church, Central City began a new ministry on the Westside of Columbus, Little Bottoms Free Store. Allyssa has directed much of her ministry to Little Bottoms and cultivating a new worshipping community in that neighborhood. She lives in Franklinton with Joe, their son, Finn, and their dog, Stella.
